Techniques for when you wake up at 3am and can’t get back to sleep
A 2-min task in the morning that will set you up for a positive day
Session #2 - Nutrition
Foods that are making your anxiety worse and easy swaps to try instead
Nutrients you may be lacking if you feel anxious
Superfoods that fight anxiety and help you feel calm. Herbs that improve your sleep. Tips for food prep when you’re tight on time or hate cooking. The best supplements for mood and what to look for when purchasing

Session #3 - Movement
Types of movement that regulate your nervous system
Which type of exercise you should avoid if you’re feeling anxious & burnt out
How to motivate yourself to be active when you just don’t feel like it
Easy & calming exercise moves you can work in when you have no time
*we’ll be on our mat for part of this session with an anxiety-calming yoga practice!
