We offer Trail Run or Trail Hike Sessions every SPRING and every FALL.

Social. Fun. Your pace.

Join us on an adventure in the woods to sweat out the stress of everyday life and be surrounded by nature, fresh air and great company! All paces welcome and encouraged so do not let your fears stop you!

Come. Join us. Just do it!

CLASS FORMAT:

Power hike, hike or gentle hike. You choose that night!

We are changing it up a bit this spring 2024 and having hiking only: Power Hike, Gentle Hike or Saunter. We will also start from Vicki Tree Wellness each night.

INFORMATION

Dates: Tuesday’s, April 23rd - June 18th, 2024

Time: 6 - 7pm

Instructor: Erin, Kelley & Virginia

Location: Vicki Tree Wellness (3626 Line 5 N, Horseshoe Valley)

Investment: $130 +hst ($14.50 per class) **should you only be able to commit to ONLY 6, 7 or 8 evenings of the 9 week series, if you let us know prior to booking and class session beginning, we will give you a pro-rated rate. Once the class session begins, there are no transfers, credits or make-ups should you miss. Thank you for understanding.

**Stay longer with a Gentle Stretch to Restore class at 7:15pm right afterwards. This is not included in the price, but an excellent optional ADD ON. You Stretch on back or seated for 40 minutes and then 20 minutes of beauty RESTORE.

**Given space is limited, there are no credits/transfers or make-ups for classes missed once the session begins. Thank you for your understanding.

***We will offer drop-in’s for $20 per night should you want to bring a friend!

Format for Running Group (or walk/run)

  • 55 minute walk/jog. No need to worry about your speed. The class will divide into 3 groups with various distances (2.5km – 6km options) and speeds. As long as you can run/walk a minimum of 3km (walks in between is fine) on the road, this is a perfect fit.Three groups: Group A (walk/jog – plus walk all hills), Group B (jog – walking all hills) & Group C (advanced group – running the entire trail and longer distance. Don’t fret – we will show you! Interested in starting to run? This class is for you too. Stop thinking – just come! Our goal is to enjoy – not to accomplish.

Format for Hiking Group

  • Hike at your pace for 55 minutes with warm up and cool down. Hiking with the focus of getting your heart rate up and moving your body at a comfortable but challenging pace. The class will divide into 2 groups to accommodate various speeds and will cover 3 – 5km each week. All levels welcome. At your own pace – always!
