Spin Season
Our spin studio has beautiful views and state of the art bikes! There are 9 bikes (brand new Keiser M3i’s) and a large glass garage door that opens, allowing us to spin “with the trees” for the entire fall/winter season.
The spin season runs from September – end of April/May.
Classes are $15 +hst each class if you buy a 5 class pass, or $17 for one class. Passes are good for 6 months for any fitness class (sculpt or spin).
