Sculpt & Core Fitness
We offer sculpt & core fitness classes all year. They consist of a 60-minute workout to sculpt and tone the body. The Upper Body sculpt focuses on the only upper body with core and stretching. The Full Body Sculpt incorporates legs as well. Participants need to bring a yoga mat and water.
The main focus is on strength building, muscle endurance & core. Each week will be a different format using stations, group weights, TRX, stability balls & fun sequencing.
This class is for everyBODY so grab your mat and water and join us deep in the woods.
ALL LEVELS as you go at your own pace with your choice of weight size (2lbs - 25lbs)

Investment: $17 +hst per class for drop-in, $15 per class when you buy a 5 class pass.

Every Thursday at 9am (UPPER BODY) with Virginia
Every Wed 5:30 (FULL BODY) with Barb
Monday 10:30 Power Pilates with Michelle
Private Group Classes:
We offer small private group sculpt (4-5 max) that run for 6 weeks consistently throughout the year.
Tuesdays 7:30am and Thursdays 7:30am (Kelley)
Monday’s at noon (Michelle).
