Join this powerful pelvic floor work-shop with guest instructor Michelle Jay of MJ Pilates, and journey beyond the core to our most delicate and under appreciated muscles - your pelvic floor. You will gain insights and understand, on how these muscles work within our body’s systems. You will gain takeaway tools to use daily to create a healthy relationship with your pelvic floor that will leave you feeling confident and comfortable when you are running, laughing or dealing with a nasty cold!

Itinerary:

  • Week One & Two: Let's get to the core of the matter, folks! We're talking about the nitty-gritty relationship between our pelvic muscles and the diaphragm. It's no secret that a strong core can minimize pesky back pain, so let's dive deep into the movements that help us flex those inner core muscles and feel fantastic!

  • Week Three & Four: Our bums are comfy, but they make our muscles go soft! Time to wake up those backside muscles and keep them steady with better form and function. Get ready for an exciting hip and core series to boost your glute strength and hip mobility.
