Back by popular demand. Enjoy a hot stone restore class that "bathes" you in stones, blankets and gentle touch for 90 minutes. Limited space for lots of attention! We have two timeslots for October. Wed18th and Wed 25th. :)

Treat yourself to a magical experience. This speciality class consists of deeply soothing, long-held restorative yoga postures while you feel the warmth and gentle weight of heated stones being placed onto your body. This process fosters an experience of relaxation and grounding. This luxurious practice will leave you feeling soothed and nurtured.
