DESCRIPTION: Sound Immersion “the deep listening for body, mind and spirit”

Join MJ Crawford for a tranquil oasis of healing vibrations for 90 minutes at Vicki Tree Wellness. Ride the rhythm of the Spirit drum into a Shamanic journey and relax in a deeply meditative, full-body sound immersion experience.  You will feel deeply connected, restored and lighter. Her session begins with the rattle to clear away negativity and call in the helping spirits. She continues performing a Shamanic drumming to encourage a Shamanic Journey, and then proceeds with a few of her 14 plus instruments from around the world.

MJ became a Reiki Master in 1998, a Shamanic practitioner in 2007 and has been a musician her whole life. She completed her certification for Sound Therapy out of India (they have been doing this longer than we have in the Western world) and as well her certification as a Sound Practitioner from a Master in CanadaWhile practicing with the instruments, she learned to play intuitively to create a nice flow.

Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers for any cancellations 1 week from date of class. The instructors and the space are booked well in advance. Given these type of classes fill up quickly at time of release, many people subsequently make other plans, thus making it difficult to fill the spot with late cancellations (that would have otherwise be filled).
