Corporate Workday/Event
We can organize a unique workday or retreat for your staff deep in the woods. This day can be uniquely designed for your needs. Options could include energizing space for your meetings/discussions, a gentle yoga class for all levels with a stretch & restore, a scenic hike suitable to all levels, healthy catered lunch for all dietary needs or just blissful space in and near nature for you all to unwind while you work. Celebrations
We are happy to help you hold SPACE for your private group in this magic setting to celebrate that special intimate wedding, shower, birthday, celebration of life or even “date night” You can rent the upstairs large room, downstairs mini room or entire space at different price points. Hire our local caterer for your meal needs, or you can bring in your own. Reach out to us and tell us exactly what you need, for how long and how many people. We go from there! If you wish to attach a guided hike, yoga class or presentation onto your booking, just let us know and see below for pricing.
We provide private yoga classes for groups as well as guided hikes.
YOGA: Our yoga class are for all levels and body types. We design the class for your needs (Restorative, Flow, Deep Release Stretch, Restore OR a combination –you name it we do it!). Price is $150 +hst for a group up to 10 people for one hour, $225 for 90 minutes.Each additional person is $15 +hst. Please note that during weekends and peak periods, the price is based per person with a minimum. Corporates private groups are a separate set price.
GUIDED HIKE: A guided hike is $125 for one hour for up to 15 people ($10 per person for any additional over 15).
HOT STONE RESTORE GROUP CLASS: This 90 minute speciality class consists of using heated stones to deepen your restorative experience. Price for this private group class is per person. These are $50 per person for 6 - 10 humans, $55 per person for 4 - 5 humans, $70 for 2-3 humans or $150 for solo. We use deeply soothing, long-held restorative yoga postures while you feel the warmth and gentle weight of heated stones being placed onto your body to promote an experience of relaxation and grounding. This luxurious practice will leave you feeling soothed and nurtured. There will be bolsters, blocks and blankets to make your experience feel soothing and supported.
Private Group Yoga, Fitness or Guided Hike
Private Group Personalized Retreats
Have a group of at least 8 that are looking for a day of bliss or fitness or both while using Vicki Tree space? We run a full day from 9:30 – 3:00pm (but can be modified) and includes options of your choice like healthy lunch, yoga, hike deep in woods, fitness classes, chill time or presentation. Designed just for you by you. Prices for a full day start at $190 per person for at least 8 people (and pricing varies depending on what you are looking for) .
