“MIND AND BODY RECHARGE”
Interested in expanding your learning as a yoga instructor while at the same time having a chance to rejuvenate? If so, this “Horseshoe Valley Yoga Workshop Getaway” is for you. Lead by Melissa Williams, Owner and Director of Yoga Ananda School, the day includes creative sequencing and hands on assists workshops, Vinyasa Flow and Happy Hips yoga plus a hike and a healthy lunch. Not only will you expand your learning, but you will also have time to recharge your body and mind in a small group setting (max 12 participants). The hike takes place on single track trail deep in the forest to connect with your inner self while the yoga and workshops are in beautiful home studio with heated floors, giving you a warm yoga vibe. It is the perfect “getaway” yoga workshop and retreat like experience! As a bonus, an optional yoga pose photo shot on the hike to add to your collections will be offered for those that are interested.

The yoga workshop will take place in a spacious home at the heart of Horseshoe Valley. The house has a large kitchen/great room, real wood fire place and three full bathrooms. This home backs onto the golf course and has scenic views that provide a tranquil, relaxed atmosphere. The yoga studio has heated floors giving it a warm yoga vibe and fits 12 participants comfortably.
