Fall 2019 Yoga & Wellness Day Retreat


This Yoga & Wellness Day Retreat provides a perfect combination of what your body and mind need to replenish, refuel and rejuvenate! It includes yoga classes, rejuvenating silent hike or run or road bike, nutritious homemade lunch with snacks, mini neck massage and a mini Empowerment Motivational Presentation.

The goal is for you to “get away” from your regular routine and find some time to unwind. All levels, all ages and all genders. We encourage you to come alone as the day is about you reconnecting with you, softening that busy mind and just being. Period. No pressures. No rules. No hidden agendas. Just you being you.


Location: 53 Fairway Court, Horseshoe Valley


Time: 9:00 am – 3:45pm

Bring: water bottle, yoga mat, fitness attire, change of clothes or road bike (optional for those that prefer ride to hike)

Retreat Itinerary      

Arrival 9:15am                                             

9:00 am: Arrival & Prepare for Yoga Class

9:15 am: Rise n’ Shine Yoga Class (Awaken, Stretch and Flow – all levels)

10:45 am: Healthy Nutritious Snack with Introductions/Welcome

11:00 am: Silent Trail Hike (1 or 1.5 hour) or Silent Run/Walk (1 hr) or Road Ride

1:00 pm: Homemade Lunch & Mini 10 Minute Neck Massages

1:40 pm: 20 Minute Rest and Digest (Read, Meditate or Rest)

2:00 pm: 30 Minute Empowerment/Motivation Presentation

2:30pm: Relaxing Restorative Yoga (6-8 postures with comfy blankets/bolsters/sand bags for comfort) Pure BLISS!

3:45pm: Depart Rested and Rejuvenated


The retreat will take place in a spacious home at the heart of Horseshoe Valley. The house has a large kitchen/great room, real wood fire place and cathedral ceilings. The yoga studio is a 12 person studio with heated floors. This home backs onto open space and has views that provide a tranquil, relaxed atmosphere for a retreat.
