Thriving Through Action: Mind and Body Recharge

th-5Do you need some time away to rejuvenate and recharge your body and mind? This weekend will do just that and much more. Come with a friend or by yourself for a weekend of intense workouts, healthy food and inspiring workshops that will leave you feeling strong and grounded.

All fitness levels welcome! Each workout is geared for beginner to advanced and will be grouped according to ability. Do not let your hesitations or fears get the best of you – this weekend is for you to grow, learn and relax. Moving our body, challenging our minds and enjoying the opportunity to work on ourselves is our main focus!


Date:              Friday, May 13th at 7:00pm to Sunday, May 15th at 11:00 am

Location:      53 Fairway Court, Horseshoe Valley

Cost:              $275 (includes accommodations/food/activities) or $150 (no accommodation)

Itinerary:      Boot-camp/Spin Class/Hike/Bike/Yoga/Healthy Food/Wellness Workshops

Bring:            water bottle, yoga mat, fitness gear, headlamp, bike (optional).

The retreat will take place in a spacious home with a large kitchen/great room, real wood fire place and three full bathrooms. This home backs onto the golf course and has scenic views that provide a tranquil, relaxed atmosphere for a retreat. The price quoted above is based per person with double occupancy for the rooms. There are 5 bedrooms. One has a king size bed, two of the rooms have queen beds, one room has a double and one room has 2 singlets. As well, there is a fitness studio with 9 bikes and a large open area for core/bootcamp classes.
