MESSAGE FROM THE INSTRUCTOR:

Hello all!

I am a passionate, caring individual with ten years experience in clinical and community settings working with clients of all ages. For the past several years, I have worked with seniors in the community, where I plan and implement programming to optimize clients’ quality of life and well-being.

Outside of work, I feel so fortunate to call the Horseshoe Valley area home. Myself, along with my husband and energetic dog  Tonto, spend much of our time hiking, biking, and running in the beautiful surrounding trails. I am beyond thrilled to have the opportunity to share my love of the outdoors and help others explore our one of a kind trail system in the area.

I look forward to spending the next four weeks with you, exploring the beauty around us!

Jenna LaMantia
