“MIND AND BODY RECHARGE”
This yoga retreat provides a combination of rejuvenating hikes, a variety of yoga sessions, nutritious foods and wellness/nutrition workshops that will allow you to recharge your body and mind. The hikes take place on single track trail deep in the forest to connect with your inner self. The yoga classes include Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa Flow and Deep Stretch to allow you to utilize your body in a way that relaxes and invigorates your body while calming your mind.
Below is a detailed outline of a yoga retreat this past May. However, personalized sessions/date can be arranged for groups of 7 – 10 and can be customized to fit your group. Accommodations:
The retreat will take place in a spacious home at the heart of Horseshoe Valley. The house has a large kitchen/great room, real wood fire place and three full bathrooms. This home backs onto the golf course and has scenic views that provide a tranquil, relaxed atmosphere for a retreat. The price quoted above is based per person with double occupancy for the rooms. There are 5 bedrooms. One has a king size bed, two of the rooms have queen beds, one room has a double and one room has 2 singlets.
